🎭 THE CALLBACK – TERMS & CONDITIONS (VELVET SOCIAL)
1. Nature of Purchase
- All bookings are for a food and beverage package, not for entry to a ticketed event.
- The comedy show is provided complimentary as part of the overall experience.
- No standalone tickets are sold for the comedy performance.
2. Package Inclusions
- Each booking includes:
- 1 house drink
- 1 bar bite
- Valet parking
- The menu and inclusions are subject to change based on availability at the venue’s discretion.
3. Add-Ons & Additional Orders
- Any additional food, beverages, or upgrades beyond the package are not included in the booking price.
- All add-ons and extra orders are payable directly to the venue (Velvet Social) on the night.
4. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
- Seating is allocated based on availability and may involve shared seating depending on demand.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the event start time will be refunded, minus AED 10 per person.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Arrival Time
- Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime.
- Late arrivals may be admitted at a suitable break in the show at the discretion of the venue.
- Seating may be adjusted for late arrivals.
7. Seating & Experience
- Seating is managed by the venue and/or event host.
- VIP seating (if applicable) will be prioritised but does not guarantee uninterrupted viewing due to the live nature of the show.
- The show may include audience interaction.
8. Line-Up & Show Changes
- The line-up of comedians is subject to change without prior notice.
- No refunds will be issued due to changes in performers or running order.
- The show format, duration, and content may vary.
9. Conduct & Venue Rules
- Guests must adhere to all Velvet Social venue policies.
- Disruptive behaviour, including heckling or excessive intoxication, may result in removal without refund.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
10. Age Policy
- Entry is subject to venue licensing laws (typically 21+ unless otherwise stated).
11. Photography & Recording
- Photography and video recording may be restricted during the show.
- By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
12. Liability
- The organiser and venue are not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Personal injury unless caused by proven negligence
13. Force Majeure
- In the event of circumstances beyond control (e.g. government restrictions, emergencies), the event may be postponed or rescheduled.
- Refunds or credits will be issued at the organiser’s discretion.
